Front and Back Post crochet stitches create the ridges in this soft crochet throw.

Photo tutorials are included in the pattern for the stitches. Once you’ve learned the post stitches, this is an easy blanket to whip up.

We’ve made it with Lion Brand Pound of Love (2 balls, with lots left over) and Lion Brand Heartland (6 balls). Other worsted weights could be used, but stay away from firmer yarns like Caron, as they make for a stiff blanket.
