The shawl is named after my young daughter, who drew the shawl herself as she searched through old vintage pattern books and sketched her simple yet beautiful design. I am so delighted that she shares my love of knitting. We loved working on this project together so I named it after her; Lailah.

The shawl/wrap’s dimensions are 40 inches x 60 inches after light blocking. Gauge is 5sts/inch on Size 8 US needles in Stockinette Stitch. The Plucky Knitter Primo Worsted was used for the shawl.

each skein is 200 yards - yardage used may vary due to teach knitter’s gauge, tension, etc.

Yardage of Primo Worsted Weight yarn is as follows: Approximately 1500 yards were used; bear in mind you may substitute another brand of yarn as long as you achieve gauge.
