Book models were made using Patons Decor, in balls of 100 grams (210 yards, 192 meters), one using primarily blue, the other in aubergine.

Gauge: Each block measures approximately 13” square after light steaming, before any edging rows are added.

As this is a project for learning to crochet, the 20 different blocks use many different techniques and stitches, from single crochet and variations to Elmore stitches, including puffs, basketweave, shells, tucks, trinity, post, crosses, chevrons, clusters, and other stitch patterns.
