Let The Yarn Do The Work
A note from the designer, Leah SK Davidson:
“I’m the type of knitter that is almost always
inspired by the yarn first. I see the yarn, the
color speaks to me, then if the feel of the yarn
is amazing…I MUST HAVE IT! I say to myself,
“That yarn is sooooo RAD! It’s dying to
become something!!!” I love to see what I
can create out of just 1 skein so that I’m
making the most of it because in the end, I’d
rather plunk down extra money for 1
amazing skein of yarn vs. paying less per skein
to get more yardage. This shawlette was
designed to make the most of 1 skein of
incredibly beautiful yarn. It’s a great first shawl
that is easy enough to knit if you’ve never knit
a shawl before. It’s also a nice, quick knit for
more experienced knitters who want to just
get lost in the feel of knitting with a really
special skein without having to focus much
on the pattern.”
