One of our very favorite books, especially come Autumn, is Elsa Beskow’s Woody, Hazel, and Little Pip. Those acorn boys and their grand adventure never fail to delight, but what I really love best are those little acorn caps they wear! With that inspiration, I created this pattern. It knits up quickly in a beautifully kettle-dyed heavy worsted weight yarn, just darling for little acorn girls or boys!
