Note about gauge: No gauge is listed because for the most part it does not really matter. As long as you stay consistent the pieces will all match and fit together fine. However, your tension may affect the size of the finished doll. I tend to crochet on the tight side, if you crochet loosely you may consider going down a hook size. Also note that the stitches need to be tight enough that the stuffing does not show through.
