The Lorraine Ponytail Hat is the perfect alternative to the “Messy Bun” hats that have been so popular lately. Specifically designed for those who cannot wear their bun too high or just prefer a ponytail instead. It features an open back with buttons, but I’ve also included instructions for a closed back as well. Pattern includes child as well as adult size.
I used Red Heart With Love in Minty and Iced Aqua, but any #4 worsted weight yarn will do!
