Malabrigo Sock (Pure Superwash Merino Wool; 3.5oz, 440 yds per skein), or any fingering weight yarn, 3 colors, 989 yds total
Approximate yardage:
MC (boticelli red) - 410 yds
CC1 (black) - 337 yds
CC2 (natural) - 242 yds
I recommend that you add an additional 50 yards to the actual yardage used as some knitters have run short.
Please note that the yarn used is a light fingering weight. Substituting a fingering (4-ply) yarn will likely require more yardage.

Needles:
US 4 / 3.50mm circular, 32” / 80cm or longer
US 4 / 3.50mm DPNs (optional)
Adjust needle size as needed to obtain gauge.

Gauge:
22 sts and 32 rows = 4” / 10cm in garter stitch

Supplies: stitch markers, rust-proof pins for blocking, crochet hook
