Majesty
From a slipped stitch ribbing cuff, diamonds work their way down the leg and top of the foot. The leg has optional beading. This sock is worked from the top down with a heel flap.
Sizing: Pattern gives stitch counts for extra small (small, medium, large) adult size; approximately equivalent to 15 (17.5, 20.5, 23) cm circumference at ball of foot.
The cabling and beading reduce the stretch of the fabric somewhat so you will cast on more stitches than for the same size of plain
sock.
Skills: Cast on, working in the round, knit, purl, slipped stitches, cabling, beading (optional), working flat, picking up stitches, decreasing stitches, grafting stitches, weaving in ends.
Notions: Tapestry needle, stitch markers, size 6 seed beads- approx. 96 (104, 112, 120), 1mm crochet hook.
