I have always dreamed of Mermaids and Butterflies and the sun in the ocean. This pattern allows me, and you, to combine these images and create a lovely Mermaid Tail for any American Girl or other 18” (45cm) Doll.

The tail fin is opened at the bottom to enable the one playing with the doll to hold the legs of the doll while having fun.

There are instructions for sewing or crocheting the seam.
