This gorgeous knitting pattern creates the perfect felted bag to go with any outfit.

YOU WILL NEED: 200g of ARAN Yarn in your choice of colour, 10mm needles and a small TOFT button.

VITAL STATS: The finished bag 24cm x 24cm as a base with a strap of 40cm and is finished with a 5cm diameter button. (All measurements are approximate and will depend on the stretch and shrinkage of the bag.)

SKILL LEVEL: Beginner

IT WILL TAKE: Approx. 0-5hrs knitting time (+ felting in the washing machine)

Tips for successful felting:

1. Use TOFT yarn. Although other yarns may work with this pattern we cannot guarantee the results.
2. Only use non-biological detergent and no softener. Do not use soap flakes.
3. If you have a brand new washing machine you might need to increase the temperature from 40 to 60 or sometimes higher. Start at 40 and rewash if necessary.
4. Your bag will stop shedding after a few uses (We try to coordinate with our bags for the first couple of days!) or you could use clippers or scissors gently to trim away the fluff.
