Mitered Ballband Hanging Towel
I love the Ballband Dishcloth popularized in Mason-Dixon’s debut book. I also love Cristina Bernardi Shiffman’s Mitered Hanging Towel from Mason-Dixon’s second book. After knitting hundreds of Ballband cloths and over thirty Mitered Hanging Towels, I decided to marry the two into one, super, thick-and-thirsty, fun-to-knit pattern.
Although I listed the yarn I used to knit the sample, you can use any kitchen cotton yarn. I have used Peaches and Creme, Lion Cotton, Bernat Handicrafter, and Sugar’n Cream, all with fine results.
As this is my first “published” pattern, I am eager to please. I tried my best to ensure the pattern’s accuracy. If you have any problems, please let me know so I can correct things as soon as possible.
Please share photos of your finished towels. I’d love to see how they turn out!
Thanks, Suzanne
