Looks like an asymmetrical cropped cardigan but is actually a pullover!
The collar and front band are picked up and knit as the last step. Buttons are then sewn on the front band, there are no buttonholes.

Material: 1080, 1095, 1175, 1182, 1260, 1348 yards of worsted weight yarn.
Needles: U.S. size 7, size 4 circular, 24” in length.
Misc: Three 1” buttons. One stitch marker and a safety pin.
