This amigurumi Mother and Child Russian Matryoshka Babushka Doll Set was inspired by a friend who wanted a mother and child set for her daughter to play with. They are so fun to make and would make wonderful ornaments or a sweet set of dolls for someone special. There are 2 dolls approximately 13cm and 6.5cm tall, made out of worsted weight yarn (8 ply wool for the antipodeans) and they stand on their own. Felt is used to add detail.
