“Myosotis cowl (Forget-me-not cowl)” is part of the collection of patterns inspired by the “Monti Pallidi (Pale Mountains)”, a chain of mountains in the Italian Dolomites.
The Myosotis (or Forget-me-not) is a tiny blue flower.
According to legend, Forget-me-nots grow in bunches in the fields where terrible battles of the past were fought. It is said that the souls of the fallen warriors live on in them.
If a virgin waters the same flower for 3 nights in a row, she will be able to speak with the soul of the dead soldier living in that flower.

The “Myosotis cowl (Forget-me-not cowl)” is a truly easy knit.
It is worked bottom up and closes with small buttons to form the cowl. It can be worn in a variety of ways to add a stylish touch to the simplest of outfits!

52 cm – 20.5 inches long and 35 cm – 13.5 inches wide.

BRACCO Pamir (70% Merino Wool, 30% Cashmere, 90 m – 98.5 yd/25 gr – 1.76 oz. skein): 4 skeins.
Needle size 4 mm – US 6.
If necessary, please adjust needle size to obtain the specified gauge.

“Myosotis Cowl“ fa parte della nuova collezione ispirata ai “Monti Pallidi”, la catena montuosa delle Dolomiti italiane.
I Myosotis (o Nontiscordardime) sono dei piccolissimi fiori azzurri.
La leggenda racconta che crescono tutti insieme nei prati vicino a dove sono avvenute delle terribili battaglie e raccolgono dentro di loro le anime dei guerrieri morti.
Se una vergine annaffia uno stesso fiore per 3 notti di seguito, potrà parlare con l’anima del defunto che vive in esso.

Lo scaldacollo Myosotis è un collo davvero semplice da realizzare.
È lavorato da sotto ed è chiuso con dei bottoncini. Si può indossare in molti modi e donare un tocco in più al più semplice degli outfit!
