This charming little topper is inspired by the Garrison cap’s worn by our ladies of the Navy during WWII. With a modern twist and the ability to decorate it yourself, it makes a great addition to any wardrobe. It goes great with a vintage dress or a modern jean.

This cap is hand felted. I do not recommend using a washing machine to felt it as you have very little control over the felting shape. But don’t let that scare you. If you have never felted in your kitchen sink, I suggest giving it a try. It’s quicker and easier than you think. Plus, I’ll be giving step by step instructions.
