A little bit of cables, a little bit of lace, a little bit of texture. Simple and elegant - these halflings feature a subtle owl cable down the outside of each hand, a simple diamond lace seed stitch motif on the back of the hand, and a cute owl on the thumbs.

These fingerless gloves are worked top down, with a provisional cast-on for the thumb (which is later picked up and worked up and away from the hand), and can be knit to wrist-length, mid-forearm length, or elbow length.

I am hoping to get better pictures soon; until I find my camera, I am dependent on my brother’s good graces!

Please message me with any comments, corrections, concerns, critiques, or compliments. :)

Notes:
Suggested cast-on is Tubular Cast On using Judy’s Magic Cast On (Cat Bordhi’s JMCO and Ysolda’s Tubular)

Suggested bind-off is Jeny’s Surprisingly Stretchy Bind Off
