This is a nice warm hat, which is worked in the round, and thus seamless. It has a thick texture and a rim that can be folded over which creates extra warmth. It is slightly slouchy, and can be made slouchier if desired. It is a relatively easy pattern, that would be suitable for the advanced beginner, providing the knit one below technique is looked up (link to video tutorial provided).
