Nutcracker Ornaments
Perch these charming ornaments on your mantel, tree, or inside Christmas stockings. Everyone will enjoy these heirloom decorations for years to come.
Yardage/Colors Needed:
SMC Bravo, 1.75oz/50g balls, each approx 164yd/150m
- 1 ball #8200 Ivory
- 1 ball #8202 Light Blue
- 1 ball #8210 Gold
- 1 ball #8224 White
- 1 ball #8226 Black
- 1 ball #8307 Purple
- 1 ball #8222 Burgundy
Notions Needed:
- Small amount of rose embroidery floss
- Embroidery needle
- 6 black shank buttons (for eyes, 1 pair for each ornament), 0.25”/6mm diameter
- 1.5yd/1.5m pink satin ribbon and 0.5yd/0.5m purple tulle ribbon, both 0.25”/6mm wide (for Ballerina)
- 3 white chenille stems (for arms, 1 for each ornament)
- Fiberfill stuffing
- Stitch marker
- Yarn needle
Gauge Notes:
9 sts and 9 rounds = 2”/5cm over single crochet (US)
