Mitten pattern inspired by elements from my home town.
A small fishing town on the south west coast of Norway.
Actually, it could represent any little town on our long rugged coast.

One can recognize the old Church, small, white, wooden houses,
an old bridge, with the ducks swimming underneath it.
A fishing boat, crab, fishnet and fish…oh, and seagulls..

Pattern include English text and diagrams.

Yarn: Cascade 220 wool 220,
about 100 grams Navy #8393 and 50 grams White #8505.
5 dpns US4 (3.5mm) Gauge: 7 x 7 sts on 1 x 1”

Ladies size medium
Width: 4 1/4”
Thumb length: 3”
From thumb opening to top of mitten: 6”
Full length: about 12”
