This sweet sweater brings back childhood memories of gardens, flowers and love. Named after my ‘sweet pea’ sister, this sweater is designed for little girls who love outdoors, chasing goats, and climbing hay bales. Not only does it feature details along the front and sleeves, but also a gorgeous back designed in a curve to prevent the back and diapers from showing as little girls play, bend, jump and skip.

This sweater is designed with 1.5-2”/4-5 cm of ease around the chest and short sleeves for maximum comfort and so that little ones will not be too hot as they expend the energy only a little girl can possess. I hope the little girls who wear this have as much fun as its namesake exploring the big, wide world wrapped in love and wool.

Sizing includes 12/18 months, 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10. Patterns are written in english with both standard US and metric measurements.

Size:
The model is wearing size 4 in Malabrigo Rios, colorway water green. The model has a 22.5”/57 cm chest and is 43”/109 cm tall. The buttons were covered in Liberty of London fabric and are size 26.

18/24 months (MO) 2, 4,( 6, 8, 10) years. Finished garment chest circumference 22”, 24.25”, 26.25”, (27.5”, 29”, 30.75”)/56, 61.5, 66.5, (70, 73.75, 78) cm. To obtain the perfect fit, the finished garment measurement is your child’s chest circumference with 1.5-2.5” ease depending on desired fit. If needed you can lengthen or shorten the body by adjusting the length within the body of the sweater.
