Needles and notions:

• One set of size 7 (4.5mm) dpns or size to obtain gauge
• Tapestry needle
• 2 yards (2m) of contrasting yarn for duplicate stitch
• sachets of catnip or materials for stuffing (eg polyester fibrefill, wool roving, cotton batting etc)
