One Bad Ombré
When madelinetosh’s Unicorn Tails came into our shop for the first time, I couldn’t resist! So many gorgeous tonal shades, so many options, so many beautiful color combinations! It felt like the wild west, or at least a new frontier. Tiny skein knitting! I took four colors home from the shop, and started to play, and the “Bad Ombré” hat was born!
This pattern uses four mini-hanks of madelinetosh’s beautiful Unicorn Tails, or any leftover 50-yard scraps of fingering weight yarn you have hanging about.
Four choices from light to dark, which knits up as a choose-your-own-adventure ombré!

Pattern has been updated with new layout, clearer instructions, and a simpler method of doing the hemmed brim, along with directions for a simple 1x1 ribbed brim.
