The Original Inkie
Let’s face it. I’m cute!
I have a round face with eyes. My body is short and there mostly to support my head. My bottom is a wavy, ruffly sort of thing. I remind some people of an octopus :)
My creator (Laura L McGarvey) decided my name should be ‘Inkie’.
Lets go on an adventure together!

What is an Inkie?
An Inkie is an original concept and design that I, Laura L McGarvey, came up with in October of 2011.
An Inkie is a crocheted toy/collectable amigurumi.
Each Inkie is designed and handmade by me.
A soft, small and squishable toy, that can also be used as a cute stress ball for adults. To revert to its original shape, just push firmly on the top of the head and release.
Ta-da! The Inkie is now back to its original shape.
The sole purpose of an Inkie is:
“To bring a smile to everyone that sees one”.
