Over The Helix Cowl
This pattern is available as a

This project combines two different colorways of self-striping yarn, a technique called helix knitting and a linen pattern stitch that looks woven. With helix knitting, the different yarns spiral around without overlapping. The result is a beautiful reversible multicolored cowl.
Noro Silk Garden and Mochi Plus also work well with this pattern.
ETA: Sock yarn on size 10 needles looks great. Mini Mochi is very soft.
