Sophie is sweet, versatile little lamb who sits 8 inches high

PLEASE NOTE, only the instructions are given for the lamb holding the skein of yarn, the two other versions are there to give you idea’s on how you might make her for other occasions such as Birthdays, Easter or perhaps Mother’s day.

The pattern is clear and simply written, with many photo’s to help you along the way so you you get the perfectly finish toy.

There are no complicated stitches or shaping.

I class this toy as suitable for a confident beginner.

These are the abbreviations used
K = knit
P = purl
St/sts = stitch/stitches
Ss = stockinet stitch (one row knit, next row purl and repeat)
Gs = knit every row
k2tog/p2tog = knit/purl the next two stitches together (decreases one stitch)
Inc1 – knit into the front and the back of the next stitch (increases one stitch) Please note, if you use any other method than this, your stitch count will not work out.

Tension is not that important as long as your stitches are not too loose that the stuffing can be seen through it
