Although the pattern looks intimidating, it only uses simple knit and purl to make double moss stitch and stocking stitch patterns. If you can knit, purl, increase and decrease stitches, you can knit this pattern.

The knee length design is knitted in 100% British Jacob Wool double knit weight so is exceptionally warm and can be worn as a coat if required.
The top of the back is knitted in plain stocking stitch to add emphasis to the pleats on the skirt and the cuffs are designed to fold back in a double cuff detail.
