I have been dreaming about a two colored pony express beanie pattern for a while.
A rider on a horse with a cowboy hat and pony express written in western style letters on it and in a somehow Western dusty color style.
Therefore I chose brown and beige.

The beanie has a corrugated ribbing and a neat herringbone edge.
There are 7 riders at the body with a nice Indian arrow peerie pattern - symbolizing the danger and hardship in which they were on their mission - and above the rider and at the top are 6 pony express riders on their prancing horses waving their cowboy hats in the air. A lovely Sheriff-star-like star is at the top.

A dream has come true with this beanie for me. I hope for you, too.
As it’s “only” knit in two colors it’s also suitable for stranded knitting beginners.

Ich habe schon lange von einer Pony Express Reiter Mütze geträumt und mir diesen Wunsch mit dieser Mütze erfüllt. Sie ist in zwei westernmäßigen “staubigen” Farben gestaltet, hat einen zweifarbigen Bund, eine Fischgrätbordüre und den Schriftzug “Pony Express”. Darauf folgen 7 Cowboys auf ihren Pferden. Darüber ist eine Indianerpfeilbordüre um die Gefahr zu symbolisieren, in der die Reiter auf Ihrer Mission waren.
Obendrauf sind 6 Reiter, die von Ihren Pferden mit Ihrem Cowboyhut winken.

Ich hoffe, ihr habt genauso viel Spass beim Stricken der Mütze wie ich beim Entwerfen und Teststricken hatte!
