The Pulsar Shawl is a simple yet stunning design that can be customized by adding as much length as desired. Stop after 9-10 inches, and you have a nice scarf keep going for 12 or more inches for a substantial draped shawl. This shawl is comprised of six segments with seven columns of feather-like motifs. This shawl can be worked in a solid color yarn, or in an ombre series as shown. This shawl is an easy knitting pattern, being mostly stockinette, and would be perfect for showcasing handspun yarn.
Yarn: Sport weight - 300-400 yards (or more)
Size US 6 circular needles - 32-40”
Gauge: 5 st per inch (20 stitches for 4 inches)
