Keep cold shoulders at bay with your own Rabbitbrush cardigan. Knit in a warm-weather-friendly cotton and linen yarn, it’s a useful piece to pair with a light summer dress. Rabbitbrush is a super simple seamless knit, featuring drop-shoulders and cuffed sleeves. The upper back is knit first in a broken rib stitch pattern. The fronts are picked up from the back’s cast-on edge, and the fronts and back are joined below the underarms. The waist is shaped for a flattering fit, and a tiny pocket that is knit separately and sewn on adds a sweet detail. Sleeves are picked up and knit in the round, and the ribbed cuff is folded back. Rabbitbrush fits best with 2-4 in / 5-10 cm negative ease.
