Applique are great for embellishing hats, beanies, bags, blankets, and many other crafts.

Finished sizes using size H/5mm hook and worsted weight yarn:

Approx. 3 ½ inches across and 2 ¼ inches tall.

Pattern is ranked beginner to intermediate and uses the following stitches: single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet, slip stitch, The wheel is made with an adjustable ring.

There are several detailed pictures in this pattern to help those who need to see examples. I am a visual learner and just have to see it sometimes to understand.
