It is a celebration of cultural diversity and of the world’s beautiful rainbow of skin colors along with a call for racial unity in lifting-up, recognition of, solidarity with, and respect to marginalized and low income communities in a continued effort to empower everyone to obliterate systemic racism.

Each week I do volunteer work in a position that I proudly hold in my local racial justice organization branch, and I see how our work brightens the faces of all those whom we connect with and provide resources to.

• Color C, used 3rd : one skein Fable Handknit ‘Cotton Tencel’ in color black,
OR any black in worsted or dk weight ;
