Pattern correction (3/24/2012):

Round 54: K all sts.
Round 55: SSK, YO, SSK, K until 4 sts before marker, K2tog, YO, K2tog

Yarn: Worsted weight. I used Red Heart Soft Yarn (100% acrylic) for washing convenience, but any worsted should do as long as you check your gauge or adjust the pattern as desired. I used 1 skein each of brown, red, gold, and green, but feel free to use whatever color(s) you desire.

Materials:
• US 7 (4.5 mm) 16” circulars
• US 9 (5.5 mm) 16” circulars
• Stitch markers
• Tapestry needle
• Optional elastic for band (I used 25” of 1.25”-wide elastic for the M/L size)
• Needle and thread for optional elastic band.

Gauge: 5 sts per inch in stockinette stitch (st st)

Sizes: S/M (22“ band circumference) M/L (24” band)
