Poncho or sweater? Swoncho? Whatever you like to call it, it’s a great transition piece for fall when a coat is too much and a sweatshirt just doesn’t measure up! Great for indoors as well. This piece is a snap to knit and easy to throw on and look pulled together.
Skills Needed
Casting On
Stockinette Stitch- alternate knitting one row, purling one row
Ribbing- Knit 2 stitches, purl 2 stitches
Picking up stitches for the rib

Yarn
We used Classic Elite’s Chalet or Chateau (70% baby alpaca, 30% bamboo 98 yards/50 grams)
Small 11 skeins, Medium 12 skeins / Large 13 skeins. We provide this yarn in a kit on our website www.olioknits.com
