Riley is a sleeveless cotton hoodie, with fun and contrasting offset striping. It is perfect for keeping little bodies warm in cooler weather and because of the soft cotton it is easy to wash – they can play wherever they like, and you won’t have to worry about how it cleans. Choose the size that will fit your kiddie best when wearing a lightweight top underneath.

With your purchase you can also download a mobile phone friendly version of the pattern which has been formatted specifically for viewing on a smartphone.

Yarn requirements:
Nurturing Fibres Eco-Cotton DK (100% cotton; 124m / 136 yards per 50g)
1 (2, 2, 2) balls Colour A (Forest)

2 (3, 3, 3) balls Colour C (Anvil)

Construction notes
This cardigan is worked from the bottom up in pieces, carrying yarn up the side for the stripe pattern. The pieces are then seamed together at shoulders and sides. Stitches are picked up for the armhole bands and joined to knit in the round. Finally the buttonband is picked up from the front edge to complete the pattern.

Please note errata for the pattern are posted in the Bows and Arrows group in the following thread: http://www.ravelry.com/discuss/bows-and-arrows-knits/3406386/1-25#3.

Version 3 of the pattern has been updated and is now available for download.
