This pattern can be worked to be an applique or a square!
You start by creating the applique/motif, then a square is worked afterwards. It would be great for creating themed sets….use the squares to create blankets or totes, and the applique to embellish hats, diaper covers, or other items.

MATERIALS:
G hook for applique/motif
H hook for square rounds
Scissors
Yarn Needle
Worsted weight yarns

PREFERRED BRAND/YARN: Yarn used was RedHeart Super Saver

COLORWAY: Colors used: Gray, red, blue, yellow, and white

GAUGE:
Applique will measure 3 1/2” when complete.
Square will measure 6” when complete.
