Mine measures about 3 1/2” wide.

Can be made with #3 thread (1 ball) or any comparable # 2 fine weight. A # 3 sport will work too, your strap will just be a little wider.

This can also be made with out the post sts by just doing a regular dc instead of a fpdc/bpdc. ;)

You can also add/sew on fabric or material for more support if you wish. It does stretch some, so make it a little shorter than you think you need.Also, you can add hardware if you think the crochet ring isn’t strong enough to hold the weight of your guitar***
