ROSITA is a very simple scarf worked with two strands of worsted weight yarn held double. I used almost 4 skeins of Manos del Uruguay Maxima in fuchsia/pink, inspired by my sister Rosario, just because it’s her favorite color and she loves huge cowls and scarfs.
Color and size make this scarf a flashy garment. You can also make it multicolor or knit it with two different colored strands; make it shorter or longer. I used many yarn scraps from my stash (those I can’t throw…) for adding tassels.

ROSITA es una bufanda muy simple de hacer, tejida con dos hebras de lana Worsted. Para este proyecto utilicé casi 4 madejas completas de Maxima de Manos del Uruguay en color fucsia, inspirándome en mi hermana Rosario, porque es su color favorito y ama los cuellos y bufandas grandes y gruesos.
El color y el tamaño hacen que esta bufanda sea un accesorio llamativo. También puedes hacerla multicolor o incluso tejerla con dos hebras de diferente color. Hacela más corta o más larga. Aproveché restos de hilo de mi “montaña” lanera para agregarle flecos.
