This pattern is available as a free Ravelry download

Yarn weight: Worsted (I used Lily Sugar ‘n Cream cotton yarn)
Gauge: Not vital, but (8 st = 2” across; 10 st = 2” high) in stockinette for this pattern. Your tension may have a minor impact on the proportions of Mutini.
Needles: US Size 7, 4.5mm (use a larger needle to cast on if you knit tightly)

Pattern notes: This pattern has seed stitch ends and sides to minimize curling, and the first stitch of each row is slipped to keep the edge even (selvedge). The most complicated part about following this pattern is being able to knit and purl in the same row, and making sure you do not twist your stitches.
Abbreviations:
CO – cast on
K – knit
P – purl
S1 wyf – slip one stitch with yarn held to the front
S1 wyb – slip one stitch with yarn held to the back
(instructions)* - repeat what is within the parentheses
rs – right side (the ‘nice’ side of stockinette)
ws – wrong side
BO – bind off
