Sapphire

Sheer and draping, Sapphire is an easy knit for the beginner. For an open and airy beehive stich pattern, Sapphire requires a yarn with very little stretch and high rayon content. The choice of yarn content will have a pronounced effect on the finished appearance.

Stacy Charles Ritratto (shown on cover) gives a more subtle misty appearance due to the mohair content of the yarn.
