Why haven't we seen more of this? Of course all that wonderful self-patterning sock yarn makes wonderful mittens and hand warmers, too! These feature a nice long cuff with scrunchie ruffles.

This pattern pairs up with a nice fingering weight wool sock yarn to make nice, crisp scrunchies to warm your wrists. Scrunchie Hand Warmers are knitted in the round from bottom to top, looks great in almost any type of fingering weight sock yarn and the Scrunchie pattern is easily memorized.

This is potato chip knitting at its best! You can’t wait to knit the next scrunchie to see what it will look like.
