Show off a speckled, watercolor, or semi-solid hand-dyed yarn with the textural swirls of Seismite. The easy body pattern is a simple 2-row repeat, allowing you to mellow out and enjoy the play of colors as the lace and garter stitch bands travel along the surface of your knitting. The crown shaping is integrated into the stitch pattern for an uninterrupted flow before finishing with an eye of the maelstrom esque final center.

Seismite is available as a free download when you sign up for my weekly newsletter here.

I dyed my own yarn for this project, but Valley Yarns offers up a hand dyed version of the BFL Worsted dyed by the Kangaroo Dyer.
