Shadow cable design cowl and beanie with bulky #5 yarn.
One size for the cowl, 3 sizes for the beanie: toddler - adult.
Beanie has a fold-over brim (like a watch cap).

This pattern assumes familiarity with cables and knitting in the round on double-pointed or circular needles.

Loop scarf requires approximately 200 yards.
Large hat requires approximately 125 yards, medium hat approximately 100 yards, small hat approximately 75 yards.

I used Wizard from Berocco. It’s a self-striping yarn with long floats of bright and bold colors. If using Wizard, 2 skeins is enough for 1 loop scarf and 1 hat in each size.
