3/14/20: Happy Pi day. After washing and (aggressively) blocking, the bottom still wants to roll up, so I recommend repeating the purl row prior to knitting the i-cord bind-off.

3/11/20: After reading and re-reading the pattern, I’ve came to realize that I’d made a number of errors. So, I went back to the drawing board. I’ve gotten rid of the “hump” in the top center, and somewhat corrected the “roll” of the bottom.

This pattern was written as each row was knit. It has not been test knit, so if you find any errors, please let me know.

The shawl weighs 4.75 oz, which is .296875 pounds. From the calculator I found on Interweave, worsted weight yarn has an average of 1050 yards/lb. .296875 x 1050 = 310(ish).
