The sheen of this beautiful merino yarn really shows off the cockleshell lace pattern.
The heel and foot of these summer weight slippers are knitted flat and the toe is knitted in the round, they are then finished with crocheted shell edging and of course, silver bells.

Use any dk yarn that knits to the same tension.
If using Millamia naturally soft merino, you will need 1 50g ball to knit the first two sizes and just over 1 ball to knit the largest size.

You will need 4 x silver bells for each pair.
