I wanted to make a small cardigan / jacket for either a boy or girl. I need something that didn’t need much thinking about, just hook and go. I used Stylecraft Special DK, but any soft baby DK will be ok. I have made a few now and used various different yarns and each time the finished cardigan is either slightly smaller or larger than the initial ones I made. If you wish you could use 4ply and 3.5mm hook which will give you a smaller cardigan or 4.5mm and DK to give you a large cardigan. The idea is that this little cutie will be made and donated to charity.
