This pattern was inspired by my travels during the summer of 2016, to Florence, and then to the seaside in Norfolk. I love the gentle ombre that these colors make, they create a gorgeous shawl. It was named thanks to my Instagram followers who suggested something to do with mermaids for a title. 

You will need one ball of King Cole Bamboo Cotton DK weight yarn in each of the following shades:

Opal
Aqua
Lawn
Green
Cobalt

There are tips and tricks on yarn substitutions included in the pattern if you want to use a different yarn.
