SLANTING LINE SLIPPERS
Light cotton slippers for chilly summer days, inspired by the simple shape of Espadrilles.
Worked in one piece, from toe/up.
The slanting line across toe-piece is created by a little sc-shell, displaced to the right, or left, in every round.
Full stitch diagram for all sizes.
OPTIONAL:
Make your own Espadrilles, turn the slippers into shoes for street wear, join outsoles to the bottoms!

Worsted/4, or any suitable yarn obtaining the gauge-info in instruction.
My yarn: Cotton twine, purchased in the local supermarket.
Crochet hook:
EU 4 mm (US G/6).
Sizes:
Small = US 2 - 4 / EU 34-36
Medium = US 5 - 6 / EU 37-38
Large= US 7 - 8/ EU 39-40
Extra Large = US 9-10 / EU 41-42

Joining outsoles to the slipper bottoms, will extend the lifetime of your slippers, protect them against wear and tear and make them more comfy, warm and sturdy!
And not least, it turns your slippers into shoes for street wear!
Inserting handmade insoles will add extra comfort and softness and keep the slippers in shape.
