This is one of my earliest patterns, if not my first, and the excruciating detail of the instructions shows it. Takes a tiny amount of yarn (maybe 5 grams) or an even tinier amount of embroidery floss (with a steel hook in the 2-2.75 mm range). In either case you can stiffen it if desired.
