This pattern is written for the intermediate knitter. It is constructed in the round from the top down on double-pointed needles, using basic sock shaping and Fair Isle stranded knitting. Although the sample was made using acrylic yarn, any sport weight wool would work.
Full charts are included for the leg, gusset, and foot, as well as letter/number charts to personalize your stocking.
I have shown 2 balls necessary for the contrast colour, as I needed just a few yards of a second ball to complete the toe of the sample.
